Any woman who is overweight, is usually dreaming about losing weight and looking slim and attractive. However, most of the recommendations and tips of losing weight are based on a scheduled healthy nutrition and doing lots of physical activities. There is no doubt that a combination of these two factors is the most effective way to lower body mass. But do we have time and opportunity to observe there two strategies on a regular basis?
In the morning, we rush to work and usually do not have time for preparing a fresh carrot or parsley juice for the breakfast. We are sitting at our desks all day long and have no proper time for having a healthy lunch, so we are frequently satisfied with a small bite. The same goes on in the evening, when we want to have some rest and spend some time with our friends, children and the loved ones. So, what to do in a situation like this? How to keep yourself in a good shape?
First of all, make a habit of eating a good breakfast. Nutritionists believe that a bowl of cereal with low fat milk is the best type of breakfast for everyone, which can provide us with necessary nutrients and give us a good amount of energy for the whole day. If you do not feel like eating in the morning, it means that you have your dinner too late and do not give your body a chance to have some good rest at night. Have your meal 3-4 hours before going to bed, and you’ll feel a slight healthy hunger in the morning. Thus, you’ll be able to follow a proper nutrition plan since the morning.
If you feel hungry before the lunchtime, have a healthy bite: a couple of carrots or tomatoes, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a handful of dried fruit or any other healthy snack. Forget about doughnuts, chocolate bars, cakes, sweet carbonated drinks and so on. Also, no matter at what time you have your dinner and lunch, try to avoid fried and fatty foods, as well as too sweet and too acidic foods. Eat everything fresh or boiled, and you’ll benefit from maximum of useful properties of the foods.
As to physical exercises, it is not necessary to get concentrated on the idea that you do not have time for necessary 30 minutes for a workout in gym three times a week. Do not use elevators and use steps instead, this is an awesome exercise which will help you keep you muscles in a good tone and get rid of extra calories.Walk every day instead of using public transportation. Remember that walking even a couple of miles a day will make a big difference!
